All About Roger...

Living and working full-time in the woods of Northwestern Wisconsin, I paint the wonders of nature, wildlife, and people. I work indoors on multiple compositions at once, using my own photos for inspiration and pairing most pieces with my own handcrafted frames.

My career spans decades, beginning at the Art Institute of Chicago, leading to the Nielsen Gallery in Minneapolis, and later Master Framers in St. Paul. There, I spent over 40 years developing artist lofts and helping build Lowertown’s vibrant arts district.
