Upcoming classes will be: Monday Oct 5 and Monday Oct 19
at Superior Choice Credit Union in Hayward from 11 to 3pm.
Starting in November - Classes begin at 10am and end at 2pm to allow those that travel to do so before it's dark
Pricing is $30 or $40 if you need me to provide paper, paint and brushes.

All About Nancy...
As a child I was always interested in painting but when it came to college, my father steered me away from the arts to the sciences - to a career that could "support me". So after 45 years of caring for kids as a pediatric critical care RN and leadership roles in various children's hospitals, I retired and immediately studied watercolor painting!
The immense beauty that surrounds us is a never ending inspiration to paint, paint, PAINT! Nature has always provided me with a sense of tranquility as well as awe and I try hard to impart those feelings in my watercolors and mixed media. While I can find inspiration in many venues, Mother Nature is my favorite.
I paint from photos, memory and plein aire and I hope my work brings pleasure to those who view it. Like every artist, my work is a culmination of inspiration from my life's journey and life's lessons. My creativity, however, has always come from nature. The colors, shapes and spirituality of nature are forever motivating me to paint. Watercolor is my main medium as I love the transparency and vibrancy of the layers of color. I use all archival materials and frame my own work. "God is the true artist, the rest of us just paint". My hope is that this work will bring you joy.
