Poetry Reading Set for Oct. 11
The public is invited to attend a poetry reading at 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11, at Drummond Public Library and Historical Museum, 14990 Superior Street in Drummond.
Audience members first will be invited to share one or two short poems on any theme. Then regional poets published in the 2027 Wisconsin Poets (Desk) Calendar will read their works. Jonathan Asp (Superior), Nancy Austin (Hazelhurst), Jan Chronister (Maple), Catherine Lange (Ashland), Nancy Jean Larson (Drummond), Diana Randolph (Drummond), Charles Rang (Hayward and New Richmond), Peggy Trojan (Brule), and Lucy Tyrrell (Bayfield) were invited to be featured poets.
