Welcome to CHARAC!
The Cable-Hayward ARea Arts Council (CHARAC) is a not-for-profit organization of artists and friends. We have united to advance opportunities and services for artists and the general public. CHARAC is committed to the importance and value of art and its creation in our communities.
Over the course of the year we sponsor numerous events as well as support various other organizations art related programs, events and activities. Some CHARAC events and programs include:
